TC4 titanium alloy has a series of advantages such as excellent corrosion resistance, low density, high specific strength, good toughness and weldability, etc.The surface of TC4 titanium alloy will form a layer of oxide skin in the process of thermal forming.When the thermoforming temperature is about 600℃, the oxide skin is blue.When the thermoforming temperature is about 850℃, the oxide scale is grey and reddish.When the thermoforming temperature is 900℃, the oxide scale is grey.With the increase of temperature, the removal difficulty of oxide scale gradually increases.At home and abroad, the removal of titanium alloy oxide scale mostly adopts two-step method, that is, melting alkaline washing, then acid washing;However, the temperature of molten alkaline washing medium is higher, about 450℃, and easy to cause alpha + beta and beta titanium alloy semi-finished products premature aging enhancement, to further processing difficulties.In addition, hydrogen embrittlement corrosion on the surface of titanium alloy may be caused by hot alkali washing followed by nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid cleaning.
